Moscow and the Moscow region are facing a serious cold snap. This forecast was made by the scientific director of the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia, Roman Vilfand. According to his calculations, by September 25 the temperature will drop to +15 degrees.
Given that the entire previous week and weekend were quite warm, sometimes above +20, such a drop in temperature may seem significant. Vilfand added that the weather will be “comfortable” until the end of September. It is still 3-4 degrees above the climate norm for September.
The last days of the first month the temperature will fluctuate between +15 and +20 degrees. The nights, according to the meteorologist’s forecast, will also be quite warm.
