Two and a half dozen projects for the development of inefficiently used territories have been launched in the capital. At five there will be sports facilities. The details were revealed by the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations Vladimir Efimov.
“At the moment, city operators and investors are implementing 25 projects for the integrated development of territories, within which residential, public, business and industrial real estate is being built. Five of them also involve the construction of seven sports facilities with a total area of 45.5 thousand square meters in the north, northeast, west, south and southeast of the capital,” said Vladimir Yefimov.
The program for the integrated development of the territories provides for the creation of all social, cultural and other infrastructure facilities necessary for citizens.
“On the site of the site of the former Avtomotornaya industrial zone in the Golovinsky district, the investor will build a sports cluster consisting of three facilities with a total area of 21.2 thousand square meters: a climbing center, a team sports complex and a sports and recreation complex with a swimming pool. Four more objects with a total area of 24.3 thousand square meters will appear in the districts of Babushkinsky, Solntsevo, Nagorny and Ryazansky,” summed up the Minister of the Moscow Government, head of the Department of City Property Maxim Gaman.
