Brest police stopped an attempt to hold a rally by supporters of PMC “Ryodan”

In Belarusian Brest on Wednesday, an attempt to hold a mass action of supporters of the Ryodan subculture was stopped, 52 people, mostly minors, were sent to the police department. This was reported by the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Brest Regional Executive Committee.
As noted, on Tuesday in Homel, law enforcement officers also stopped an attempt to organize an unauthorized rally with the participation of supporters of the Ryodan subculture, 200 people, including 183 minors, were taken to the internal affairs bodies. The minors were then handed over to their parents. The Investigative Committee of the republic opened a case on the fact of organizing actions that grossly violate public order.
It is specified that in Brest, following appeals published on social networks and instant messengers, supporters of the so-called Ryodan PMC took to the streets near large shopping centers. According to the Department of Internal Affairs, police officers promptly responded to an attempt to hold an illegal mass event. Without the use of physical force, 52 people, including 41 minors, were brought to the police, law enforcement officers added.
