About 16.5 thousand new jobs will appear in the Otradnoye district after the reorganization of three inefficiently used sites, where industrial zones are now located. Comprehensive development awaits the territory with a total area of more than 44 hectares.
“Comprehensive development in Otradnoye is subject to two sites in the former industrial zone Altufevskoe Shosse and one in the former industrial zone Vladykino. Now these territories are used inefficiently: they are occupied by warehouses, parking lots and car services. 98 billion rubles will be invested in the transformation of the plots. As a result, new enterprises and public and business buildings will appear there. The annual budgetary effect for the city from the reorganization of these territories will exceed 6 billion rubles in current prices,” said Vladimir Yefimov, Deputy Moscow Mayor for Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations.
“High-tech industries will occupy about 430,000 square meters, and public and business buildings – about 437,000. An educational complex with a kindergarten and a school with an area of more than 15,000 square meters will appear on the first section of the former Altufevskoye Highway industrial zone, and on the second site, a FEC with an area of 6,000. A sports complex will also be built on the site of the former Vladykino industrial zone. In addition, a hotel with an area of 10,000 square meters will be built,” said Maksim Gaman, head of the DGI, adding that more than 1.1 million square meters of real estate will be built in total.
