Vice Mayor Efimov: a plot of more than 9 hectares in the Mozhaisk district of the capital is waiting for redevelopment

The site near Tolbukhina, Vitebskaya, Belovezhskaya and Skolkovskoye highway streets will soon become a full-fledged new quarter of the Mozhaysky district. The draft decision on integrated development has already been published. Soon, houses, business centers and social facilities will appear on the inefficiently used territory.

“Investments in the reorganization of the territory with a total area of ​​9.18 hectares will amount to about 20 billion rubles. Thanks to the construction of public, business and social facilities, almost 3.8 thousand new jobs will appear in the Mozhaisk district. The annual budgetary effect for the city after the implementation of the project is estimated at 1.3 billion rubles,” said Deputy Moscow Mayor for Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations Vladimir Yefimov.

According to the head of the DGI Maxim Gaman, it is planned to build 74.4 thousand square meters of residential real estate in the Mozhaisk district, more than 40% of which is provided for the renovation program. In addition, 134.8 thousand square meters of public, business and social facilities will appear there, including a school for 100 students and a kindergarten for 50 kids, as well as shops and shopping centers, bank branches, restaurants and sports facilities. The total urban development potential of the site is 209.3 thousand square meters.

It should be noted that the complex development of the metropolitan area will be able to be carried out by the owner, city operator or investor, who will be determined by the results of the auction.
