In Moscow, they will start making Gorgonzola vegetable cheese. Vladislav Ovchinsky, Head of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy of Moscow, announced the expansion of the assortment line of the capital manufacturer.
“The city creates comfortable conditions for doing business, thanks to which industry is actively developing in Moscow, including the food industry. Manufacturers offer modern products that are in demand by the audience,” he said.
Thus, the metropolitan manufacturer of alternative food products – the IN + U Food company – is constantly expanding its range, Ovchinsky added. The company has recently launched the production of gluten-free vegetable cheesecakes, and will soon launch the production of vegetable gorgonzola cheese. At its own factory, the company monthly produces more than 60 tons of natural products from Russian raw materials.
The company creates products that have no analogues in Russia in its own laboratory.
The goods consist entirely of plant materials, livestock farming is excluded from the production cycle. Therefore, such products are suitable even for vegans.
Customers can try Moscow cheesecakes with raisins and chia seeds, cream cheeses and tofu cheese.
According to Dmitry Gudakovsky, General Director of IN+U Food, all products are made on the basis of domestic raw materials from the Krasnodar Territory and the Far East Region.
