Vedomosti: children’s candles with ibuprofen disappeared from Moscow pharmacies
[ad_1]
Moscow pharmacies no longer have children’s suppositories with ibuprofen, a very popular anti-inflammatory drug. It is on the list of essential medicines. Candles cannot be bought at the Zdravcity, Apteka.ru and Eapteka sites. The representative of the latter aggregator explained to Vedomosti that only a suspension with ibuprofen is on sale.
Ibuprofen also disappeared from the online catalogs of pharmacies Melodiya Zdorovya, Pharmacy Chain 36.6, Rigla, Be Healthy, Doctor Stoletov, Ozerki Pharmacy. According to the search engine “Aptekamos”, an anti-inflammatory agent can be found in only one pharmacy in the Moscow region.
Pediatric infectious disease specialist Yevgeny Timakov suggested that the lack of ibuprofen was due to high demand and small quantities in pharmacies.
As MK previously wrote, the world began lack of antipyretics. In China, paracetamol was swept away from pharmacies due to a catastrophic increase in the number of coronavirus patients. Restrictions on the sale of antipyretics due to their acute shortage were introduced in a number of European countries. The situation is similar in Kazakhstan.
