Washington: North Korea could attack South Korea in the coming months
How reports The New York Times newspaper, sources in the White House confirmed that the US administration allows an attack by the North Korean People’s Republic of Korea on South Korea.
The sources pointed to “aggressive statements” by North Korean leader Kim Jong Un, calling on the world community to take them seriously.
“We do not see an immediate risk of a full-scale war on the Korean Peninsula, but Pyongyang may strike Seoul to avoid immediate escalation,” the publication quotes White House officials.
