Saldo spoke about unusual natural phenomena after the destruction of the Kakhovka hydroelectric station
The destruction of the Kakhovskaya hydroelectric power station led to the appearance of unusual natural phenomena in the Azov region. The governor of the Kherson region, Vladimir Saldo, reported this to TASS.
According to the head of the region, experts have not yet published data on changes in the microclimate on the Azov coast due to the disappearance of the Kakhovka reservoir. However, in the Azov region, unusual fluctuations in the Sea of Azov, changes in salinity, increased wind, an increase in the number of jellyfish, etc. are already being noted.
Vladimir Saldo noted that scientists have yet to find out whether these phenomena are related to the destruction of the Kakhovka hydroelectric power station.
Let us recall that Ukrainian troops attacked the power plant on June 6, 2023.
