Universities located near the NWO zone are already training UAV operators – Kommersant

The Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation reported that some Russian higher educational institutions located near the special operation zone in Ukraine have already begun to train operators of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs).

“But there is also a demand for UAV operators – those people who know how to control it. And in a number of our universities, including those located near the zone of special military operation, the necessary specialists are trained,” Deputy Head of the Department Denis Sekirinsky told RIA Novosti. The official did not announce specific universities that train drone operators.

At the beginning of July this year, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Andrei Belousov instructed regional authorities to develop programs for the development of unmanned aircraft systems. It is expected that by the end of 2023 a program will be created to legalize the use of drones. The Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Ministry of Transport and the Federal Air Transport Agency are preparing to take drones out of the gray zone.

April 27 has passed meeting on the development of unmanned aircraft with the participation of Russian President Vladimir Putin. He called this industry “the most important activity of the country” and estimated its volume at 1 trillion rubles, and also proposed starting to teach how to operate drones in Russian schools.
