United Russia is recording large-scale DDoS attacks on all electronic resources of the party. The party’s press service reported this in its Telegram-channel.
“The work of non-essential party resources has been temporarily suspended in order to ensure the critical infrastructure of United Russia’s digital services,” the message states. The party’s technical specialists, together with Roskomnadzor and information security partners, are repelling attacks.
Presidential elections are taking place in Russia from March 15 to 17. The CEC registered four candidates: Leonid Slutsky (LDPR), Vladislav Davankov (New People), Nikolai Kharitonov (Communist Party of the Russian Federation) and Vladimir Putin (self-nominated). This is the first presidential election in Russia in which an electronic voting system is used, and the elections themselves last three days.
About how the first day of voting went – in the material “Russia has become vocal.”
