“Dozens of detainees were tortured in hidden Ukrainian detention centers, in addition, Ukraine imprisoned civilians who were engaged in humanitarian aid in Russian-controlled territory,” the document says.
In addition, the report says that a survey was conducted among the detainees who are associated with this conflict. 43 people were interviewed – 34 men and 9 women.
