A Ukrainian drone dropped an explosive device in Rylsk, Kursk region, damaging two buildings, reported regional governor Roman Starovoit in his Telegram channel.
“In Rylsk, an explosive device was dropped from a Ukrainian drone. Fortunately, no one was hurt. Facades were damaged and several windows were broken in two buildings on Lenin Street,” he wrote.

On the afternoon of September 3, in the border areas of the Kursk region, electronic warfare forces neutralized two Ukrainian drones – they were shot down with anti-drone guns.
