According to the results of the final count of votes in the gubernatorial elections, all current regional leaders won a landslide victory. The leader in terms of voter support was the acting head of the Smolensk region Vasily Anokhin, who received 86.6% of the votes. Together with him, eight more leaders overcome the 80% mark: Pskov Governor Mikhail Vedernikov (86.3%), Head of Kuzbass Sergei Tsivilev (85.2%), Governor of the Samara Region Dmitry Azarov (83.8%), Head of the Moscow Region Andrey Vorobyov (83.7%), Nizhny Novgorod governor Gleb Nikitin (82.8%), head of the Ivanovo region Stanislav Voskresensky (82.5%), governor of the Amur region Vasily Orlov (82.4%) and his Oryol colleague Andrei Klychkov (82. 1%).

Governor of the Tyumen region Alexander Moor (78.8%), Voronezh head Alexander Gusev (76.8%), Mayor of Moscow Sergei Sobyanin (76.4%), Acting Governor of the Omsk region Vitaly Khotsenko were located in the corridor from 70% to 80% of the votes (76.3%), head of the Altai Territory Viktor Tomenko (76.2%), head of Yakutia Aisen Nikolaev (75.8%), governor of the Novosibirsk region Andrey Travnikov (75.7%), head of Primorye Oleg Kozhemyako (72.8 %), Magadan Governor Sergei Nosov (72.4%), Acting Head of Chukotka Vladislav Kuznetsov (72.3%) and Acting Governor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Mikhail Kotyukov (70.2%).

The only leader who finished with a result of less than 70% was the head of Khakassia Valentin Konovalov – 63.1% of voters voted for him. Mr. Konovalov is a member of the Communist Party, and Andrei Klychkov was also nominated from the Communist Party. All other leaders represent United Russia.
