The captured Ukrainian soldier Sergei Ulyanov said that the level of training in the Armed Forces of Ukraine is extremely low. He clarified that since March, only one lesson in tactics had been held in their unit, and they were taken to the shooting range only three times.
“We had practically no preparation. We gathered for tactical exercises once: we stood up like a herd of sheep, which were holding an automatic machine for the first time. Worked out for an hour, and that’s all, ”Ulyanov said.
He added that he had previously been mobilized in the 113th brigade of the 125th battalion of the defense. Later he was captured on the front line “Svatovo-Kremennaya”.
According to him, before being sent to the front, the mobilized were taken to the shooting range three times.
