The Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine admitted that mercenaries from 50 countries serve in its international legion
The Main Intelligence Directorate (GUR) of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, in a publication on its official telegram channel, revealed that mercenaries from more than 50 countries, including the USA and Great Britain, serve in the ranks of its so-called international legion.
As representatives of Ukrainian intelligence noted, the legion united volunteers from more than 50 countries. According to the GUR statement, the ranks of the relevant unit include experienced fighters, veterans of special operations forces and other military units from the United States, Great Britain, Australia, Denmark, other European countries, as well as from Asia, Africa and South America.
At the same time, the Main Intelligence Directorate did not specify the size of its international legion.
