The old one was rejected

Tatyana Zavyalova, a lawyer for the Moscow football club Spartak, said that the former general director of the team, Shamil Gazizov, who is currently the general director of FC Ufa, has filed a new lawsuit against the former owner of Spartak, Leonid Fedun, for 365 million rubles.

“This was done back in the summer, but the claim was returned due to violations in filing. Now they are corrected, so the case went to court, consideration should be in the near future. It is difficult to say what exactly the essence of the claims is, since I have not yet seen the lawsuit. But I believe that we are talking about lost profits, which Mr. Gazizov did not receive in connection with the recognition of the contract as invalid. There can be nothing new there. Well, Gazizov still has many procedural possibilities, he writes lawsuits skillfully. Gazizov considers himself indisputably right and is trying to prove it.

As for his lawsuit against Fedun for the payment of 88 million rubles, the Supreme Court of Bashkortostan removed the case from consideration. Upon review, they saw procedural violations, so the claim was sent for revision. In November, we will return to the Supreme Court for further consideration,” Zavyalova told RIA Novosti.

In turn, Shamil Gazizov also commented on the filing of a new claim.

“There is a legal procedure that goes on in certain cases. The whole story began with the first case. Lawyers tell me what to do. I do not do that. Negative fans of Spartak? And they feel good that they deceived Gazizov? This is a personal dispute. No need to look for collisions, this dispute has nothing to do with the Spartak club. We act according to the law of the Russian Federation. We can fight and we are trying to. There are no complaints about Spartak! I want this to be a dispute only between Fedun and Gazizov, ”Gazizov told SE.

Earlier, Gazizov, through the court, demanded from Spartak, where he worked from July to December 2020, to return to the post of general director and pay compensation.
