The midfielder of the Kazan Rubin, who previously defended the colors of CSKA and the Russian national team, Alan Dzagoev filed a lawsuit with the Nikulinsky Court of Moscow to recover a penalty of 2.6 million rubles for the delay in the installation work in the apartment.

"A claim was registered for the recovery of a penalty for the delay in fulfilling obligations in the amount of 2 million 605 thousand 164 rubles 13 kopecks and compensation for non-pecuniary damage in the amount of 50 thousand rubles, as well as a fine in the amount of 50% of the amount awarded by the court," the spokesman told RIA Novosti court Alexander Arbuzov.

He added that we are talking about a delay in the installation work in the apartment. A court hearing has been scheduled for October 19.

Alan Dzagoev, who played in CSKA from 2008 until May 20, 2022, signed a contract with Rubin, playing in the First League, on September 2, 2022. The head coach of Rubin since December 2019 has been Leonid Slutsky, under whose leadership Dzagoev played in CSKA. After 10 rounds, the Kazan club takes second place in the standings of the first league, where the team flew out of the RPL at the end of the 21/22 season.
