Tyson Fury knocked out Derek Chisora and defended his world boxing title

British boxer Tyson Fury defeated compatriot Derek Chisora and defended his World Boxing Council (WBC) world title. The heavyweight fight, which took place in London, ended with a tenth-round technical knockout.
The 34-year-old Fury now has 33 wins, one draw and no losses. Chisora, 38, has 33 wins and 13 losses. This is the third fight between British boxers. Fury also won the first two – in 2011 by decision of the judges, in 2014 – by technical knockout.
Fury in 2015 received the world titles of the International Boxing Federation (IBF), the World Boxing Association (WBA) and the World Boxing Organization (WBO). He missed 2.5 years due to health and drug problems. He won the WBC belt in 2020 and has since defended it three times. Chisora boxed for the second time for the world championship belt.
