Portal NGS.ru reports that a 17-year-old teenager from Novosibirsk and his 16-year-old acquaintance from Novotroitsk, Orenburg region, who are members of the National Socialism / White Power (NS / WP) neo-Nazi organization recognized as extremist and banned in the Russian Federation, were sent to an educational colony for participating in activities terrorist organization.

According to the FSB, a resident of Novosibirsk planned to blow up an improvised device in the building of a branch of the Federal State Unitary Enterprise “Passport and Visa Service” of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation in August last year. The motive of the teenager, as noted in the department, was national hatred towards people from Central Asian countries.

The press service of the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation for the Novosibirsk region noted that the specified citizen made an explosive device and tested it in a vacant lot near his house. It was found that a 16-year-old chat moderator in the Telegram messenger, a supporter of the NS / WP ideology, who was in Chelyabinsk, provided the instructions for undermining IEDs and making explosives to a Novosibirsk citizen.

It is noted that a search was carried out on the teenager, during which data were found and seized that confirmed his involvement in the activities of the NS / WP, a mobile phone with correspondence about preparing for a terrorist attack, as well as chemical components and instructions for making IEDs and explosives.

A criminal case was opened against a Novosibirsk teenager under several terrorist articles of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, according to one of them a criminal case was also initiated against a resident of Novotroitsk, who was transferred from Chelyabinsk to Novosibirsk. The 1st Eastern District Military Court found the teenagers guilty: a Novosibirsk citizen was sentenced to 4 years in an educational colony, and a resident of Novotroitsk to three years.
