Two Orlov residents won the Russian Arm Wrestling Championship

In Orel, the competition at the Russian Arm Wrestling Championship has come to an end. This unique tournament brought together 900 participants from 50 regions of Russia, in the age category from 14 to 23 years. This was reported by the Department of Physical Culture and Sports of the Oryol Region.
The Oryol region was represented by 13 athletes. But only two of them managed to achieve the highest awards: Anastasia Zhigalova and Yulia Amelina rose to the top of the podium and became owners of gold medals. These incredibly strong and talented athletes have proven that nothing can stop true champions.
Among the boys, the highest result was demonstrated by Dmitry Shvetsov, who was recognized as the fifth best arm wrestler in Russia in his age group.
