Twitch fined for refusing to remove interview with Arestovich

The court in Moscow fined 3 million rubles. streaming service Twitch, specializing in computer games, for not deleting a video interview with Oleksiy Arestovich, assistant to the head of the office of the President of Ukraine. According to TASS, this interview contained unreliable information about a special military operation of Russian military personnel in the Donbass.
“The court found guilty Twitch Interactive Inc. for part 2. Art. 13.41 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (failure to delete information or a web page by the owner of the site if the obligation to delete such information is provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation) and imposed a fine of 3 million rubles,” the court said.
This is not the first such protocol for Twitch. So, on August 16, the service was fined 2 million rubles. for not removing fakes about a special operation in Ukraine.
