Turkish newspaper Yeni Safaq reported that residents of the southeastern regions of the country who had recently experienced earthquakes began to receive massive complaints of skin diseases and stress.
Recall that on February 6, with an interval of several hours, two earthquakes of magnitude 7.7 and 7.6 occurred in the province of Kahramanmaras, located in southeastern Turkey.
According to the publication, after the “catastrophe of the century,” people began to complain to doctors about certain diseases that are somehow related to stress.
“In particular, on eczema that occurs due to great experiences. Stress eczema causes itching on the patient’s skin. At the same time, it is more common in women and can become a serious disease over time,” the newspaper noted.
