Turkey has filed a lawsuit against Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu at the International Criminal Court (ICC), accusing him of “genocide” in the Gaza Strip. Metin Kyulyunyuk, a lawyer for the ruling Justice and Development Party, reported this on the social network X.
“Today, representing the conscience of the citizens of the Republic of Turkey, we filed a lawsuit at the International Criminal Court in The Hague against the 21st century Hitler of Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu,” the human rights activist wrote.
He believes that Netanyahu should answer in court for “crimes against humanity.”
In addition, Külük published the first page of the claim, and also noted that he filed the claim together with two other lawyers through the Turkish Ministry of Justice, which it will then send to the ICC.
