Türkiye decided to recall its ambassador from Tel Aviv for consultations

Türkiye recalls its ambassador to Israel Shakir Ozkan Torunlar to Ankara for consultations, reported on the website of the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Turkey takes into account the “humanitarian tragedy” in the Gaza Strip, which occurred due to the fact that the Israeli side “did not accept calls for a ceasefire, continued attacks on civilians and did not allow the uninterrupted and continuous flow of humanitarian aid.”

In this regard, it was decided to recall the ambassador in Tel Aviv to Ankara, the statement said.

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said on November 4 that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is more is not for Turkey’s leadership interlocutor.
