Turbine test run successfully completed at the second power unit of the Belarusian NPP

Press service of the engineering division of the state corporation “Rosatom” reported on the successful test run of the turbine, which took place at the power unit No. 2 of the Belarusian NPP.
The rotors of the turbine unit were brought to the nominal idle speed, the report says. Design values are 3,000 rpm.
After the measurements, the experts came to the conclusion that all parameters, including the vibration state, were normal during the start-up.
Tests have become one of the most important stages before the start of the operation of the unit, the press service said.
