Tula basketball players won the first round of the Central Federal District championship among veterans

The city of Bryansk is hosting the Central Federal District (CFD) basketball championship games among veterans. Sports competitions are held in age categories over 60 years and over 40 years.
In the category over 60 years old, the Arsenal sports team from Tula became the leader of the table after the first round. Tula beat the basketball players from Kaluga with a score of 53:41, their colleagues from the Moscow region (score 38:28) and defeated their rivals from Lipetsk (game score 46:32).
In the age category over 40 years old, the team from Tula was able to show excellent results, winning three times. The victory was won over rivals from the Bryansk region with a score of 58:43, and the sports team “Spartak” from Tver was defeated by Tula with a score of 49:28, after which they defeated the team from the Kaluga region (game score 46:45).
