Former US President Donald Trump is confident that the secret service knows who left the drug at the presidential residence, despite the fact that the official statement of the service claims the opposite and speaks of an unsuccessful investigation into this incident.
The former president recalled that the secret service, which has numerous cameras and high-quality forensic capabilities, can determine exactly who brought the drug to the White House. He stated this on his page on the Truth Social social network, commenting on the end of the investigation of the service in this case.
The Secret Service had previously announced it was closing the investigation due to lack of evidence. The statement said that the CCTV footage did not provide any valuable information or clues that could help identify the person responsible for the introduction of the drug. The laboratory analysis of DNA and fingerprints, conducted by the FBI, also did not bring results, since it was not possible to compare the data obtained with specific individuals. In early July, a suspicious white powdery substance was found in the White House, which later turned out to be cocaine. After that, the evacuation of US President Joe Biden and his family took place.
