The travel time of the Crimean bridge was promised to be reduced to one hour
At least 40 additional inspection points will be installed on the Crimean bridge in order to reduce the time of its passage to one hour, said the head of the Crimea, Sergei Aksyonov.
According to him, the authorities of the republic, together with the federal authorities, have developed a scheme that will reduce the time of inspection and travel to one hour. To this end, it is planned to equip at least 40 additional inspection points at the entrance to the bridge from the Crimea and Kuban in the near future.
“Thanks to these measures, the capacity of the bridge can increase to 8.5 thousand vehicles per day, and up to 15-17 thousand during the peak period,” Aksenov wrote in his Telegram-channel.
Previously, the Crimean authorities suggested cancel inspection of trucks entering the territory of Kherson and Rostov regions.
