Department of Health of Moscow: information about the collection of data in questionnaires in clinics for military registration and enlistment offices is false
The Moscow Health Department called false reports that Moscow clinics require visitors to fill out special questionnaires, thus collecting information about the health of potential recruits to the military registration and enlistment offices.
The refutation was published on the telegram channel of the Department of Health.
Previously telegram channel “Caution, Moscow” published photo of the questionnaire that lawyer Maxim Pitersky was asked to fill out at the clinic in Veshnyaki in the Eastern Administrative District of Moscow.
There are 29 questions in the questionnaire, among them questions about bad habits, chronic diseases and medications taken. The publication said that it was offered to fill in men from 18 to 64 years old. At the same time, even if the visitor refuses to fill it out, he will still be accepted at the clinic.
Moscow City Duma deputy Yevgeny Stupin, who spoke about the case with Pitersky, said that, according to the new law on electronic subpoenas, medical institutions are required to provide information about the health of potential recruits to military registration and enlistment offices.
