The Federation of Independent Trade Unions of Russia (FNPR) does not agree with the decision of the court on the seizure by the state of 34 sanatoriums previously owned by it in Mineralnye Vody in the Stavropol Territory. The basis for such a decision was an alleged violation of the law, expressed in the transfer of the FNPR of part of its assets to entrepreneurs from the Caucasus Mineral Waters, as well as the head of the federation, Mikhail Shmakov. Representatives of the FNPR claim that their testimony was ignored by the court.
