Toy models of military equipment with Z symbols have begun to be sold in the United States, RIA Novosti reports.
As noted, American social media users drew attention to this. For example, a toy model of a KamAZ truck costs about $45 on online marketplaces. ZIL toy cars with the Z symbol are more expensive, about $50 on eBay.
Earlier it was reported that such toys appeared for sale on the shelves of the largest American retail chain Wallmart. They were then removed from sale.
The Latin letter Z is used to be applied to military equipment used during a special military operation on the territory of Ukraine. It became an unofficial symbol of support for the special operation.
