Tourists entering China are required to fill out a health declaration

Foreign tourists planning to visit China from January 17 will have to provide not only a PCR test done no earlier than 48 hours before departure, but also a completed health declaration.
As reported on Website of the Chinese Embassy in Russiathe documents will be checked by airline and airport officials and, optionally, by Chinese customs officials.
For tourists from Russia, a certificate of the result of the PCR test must be in Russian or English and contain, among other things, information about the testing method, as well as the name and surname of the tourist as in the document.
During the flight, tourists are advised to use masks and other personal protective equipment.
