Evgeny Tishkovets, a leading specialist of the Phobos weather center, said that from February 24, the weather in Moscow will not be frosty, and the air will warm up to minus 1 – minus 6.
Also, according to Tishkovets, there will be snowfall and blizzards in Moscow, and the snow cover will rise by 2-3 centimeters.
On February 25, it will become even warmer in Moscow (minus 2 – plus 3), and on Sunday night, a short-term transition of the aggregate state of precipitation to rain is possible.
Wind gusts on February 26, as Tishkovets said, will reach 15 meters per second.
