Khan noted that the social network checks the content and accounts reported by members of the community, and also cooperates with accredited organizations that check the accuracy of the facts in the content. Such organizations help TikTok evaluate the authenticity of content in 30 languages, however, he clarified that representatives of the social network are responsible for the final moderation.
Social network community rules prohibit paid political advertising, disinformation, harassment, extremism and hate speech spread through the site.
