School pupils and college students aged 14 to 17 who are interested in space technologies and are ready to solve practical problems related to space exploration can take part in it. To do this, they will need knowledge in physics, mathematics and other subjects of the school curriculum.
Several sub-competitions are planned within the framework of the competition. Thus, participants in the “Space Robotics – Rovers” direction will have to assemble their own rover to conquer other planets. For those who will take part in the competition “Orbit – Applied Space Systems”, the task is to design their own mission of a space experiment, which can be placed on the platform of ultra-small vehicles.
As part of the “Digital Forester” direction, the participants of the competition will be able to get acquainted with drones, satellite imagery and the use of modern technologies in agriculture. And in the competition “Space Automatic Object Identification and Artificial Intelligence” they will try to solve hybrid problems using neural network technologies.
Applications for participation in the competition can be submitted until November 1. The winners will receive an invitation to the space shift “On duty on the planet 2023”. It will be held on the basis of one of the All-Russian educational centers. In addition, they will be able to get additional points for the Unified State Examination for individual achievements when entering the country’s universities.
