According to him, this year it is necessary to create the Leningrad and Moscow military districts, as well as five divisions, 26 brigs, and the Azov naval region.
“Among other things, to carry out organizational and staffing support for the formation of combined arms and air armies and an army corps,” Burdinsky noted.
He clarified that all the tasks set in 2023 will need to be completed in a short time.
