Girls were allowed to go online, but only for business

The Butyrsky Court of Moscow was unable to continue the trial of Mikhail Khachaturyan, who was killed by his daughters. He is posthumously accused of sexual abuse of girls who were underage at the time.

As MK learned, none of the prosecution witnesses (50 of them were announced) appeared at the last hearing. Therefore, the process had to be postponed.

Some details have come to light from the lives of the three Khachaturian sisters – Krestina, Angelina and Maria. They are still prohibited from seeing each other, since the criminal case into the murder has not yet been closed. All girls can only see their mother. They live at different addresses: Maria with her friend, Krestina and Angelina with their boyfriends. The girls got jobs, mainly in trade. They also continue to see a psychologist.

It is characteristic that the conditions of detention for the sisters were somewhat relaxed – in particular, the list of certain actions that were prohibited was changed. The girls were allowed to use the Internet, but only on websites of government services and special services. They are still prohibited from going on social networks. However, the sisters do not strive for this.

Let us remember that initially the case against Mikhail Khachaturyan was closed due to death due to non-rehabilitating circumstances. However, his relatives appealed this decision, and the process resumed. Khachaturian’s relatives hope that the fact of sexual violence by the deceased against his daughters will not be confirmed, and the case will eventually be closed for lack of evidence.
