“Hadi brown gidelim” is a very approximate analogue of the Russian “came in large numbers here” (reflecting national hospitality, the Turkish language does not have a complete analogue). But ours, judging by the stories of eyewitnesses, know how to “walk brown” not only at home, but also at a party.

The “new Russian Turks”, who left the Russian Federation for the Turkish shores seriously and for a long time, are looking for sympathy in their homeland, where else will they understand that in a foreign land everyone is illiterate (“No one knows the Russian language!”), dark (“They don’t let you sleep in the morning , plant their obscurantist bullshit with calls to prayer”), ill-mannered (“In the fruit market such packages are dirty! And they break off the cheese with their hands and give it a try. Fu!”), backward (“The service in the cafe is zero. After Moscow in Istanbul – as in remote village”) and “braked” (“Disgustingly everything works! Turks are terribly lazy, even in state institutions there is a mess”).

And indeed you will not envy our “overwhelmed”, except to call them home. Already at home they know that it is useless to convince such people, only if you endure according to Vysotsky: “Whatever it is, but it is relatives.” But in this case, as they say, a small but insidious “Turkish difference” crept in: they are visiting, if not by a storm, but “come in large numbers”. The same as those who until recently interfered with similar “brown” in their native cities, even though our migrant workers speak Russian and pray quietly.

“And how can you live in this village?!” – such a question, according to the Russian wife of a Turkish citizen, is harassed by her friend, who has just arrived from Russia:

– She repeats ten times a day: she thought that I got married in a decent country, but I, it turns out, “in the village”. She boasts that she has never even rested in Turkey before, only in Europe and overseas. I’m still silent, but I’m already boiling. Well, she would go where she is nicer! But after all, she is here with the whole family and for a long time, she has already applied for a residence permit – and with such an attitude! As if Turkey was being imposed on her!

Many of the Russians who have long and consciously chosen Turkey for permanent residence express fears that the Turks may not be able to withstand such an approach for a long time.

“The locals, like most Eastern people, have an innate delicacy,” the Russian wives of the Turks warn. – They respect not only the habits of the owners, if they themselves came to visit, but also try to please the guests. But if the guest was not invited, he himself came, sat down, vilifies the owner himself and his house, but does not leave, the eastern blood may boil.

“Our compatriots cross all borders, and it begins to seem to me that the Turks will soon get tired of this,” the Russian blogger, who also recently moved to a Turkish city, is in solidarity, and now fears that the “stigma of the obsessed” will fall on everyone in a Russian crowd, including on those who do not climb into a strange monastery with their charter. “Ours scold everything: the Turkish mentality, local customs and practices, the “wrong” Turkish cuisine, where everything is too fat, entertainment, neighbors, poor choice of baby food, traffic …”. The author cites a scene at the Turkish post office, “where Russians go as pilgrims for cash”: “I came for a parcel, there were about 30 people in line in front of me. The Turks took coupons and are quietly waiting. A Russian woman comes, takes not one, but 10 coupons, and is loudly indignant that the post office employees do not speak Russian. And really – amazing! In Russia, they don’t take postmen without knowledge of Turkish!” According to the narrator, a Russian-speaking Turk came to the aid of her compatriot: he explained that cash was brought to the post office once a day, and because of the influx of Russians receiving transfers, it quickly ends. And advised the lady to come tomorrow. The answer to him, and at the same time to all visitors to the Turkish post office, was curses, interspersed with the glory of the abandoned Fatherland: “In Russia, you would have been devoured with giblets for such lawlessness!”

Passing by the mosque during the day, ours, according to eyewitnesses, do not hesitate to point a finger at it, demonstratively rolling their eyes and complaining all over the street that it “does not let them sleep”. And also, judging by the cries of the soul in the chat rooms devoted to complaints about the Turkish “lack of culture”, we safely fused our “yazhemothers” to the Turks. Here is the complaint of a Russian migrant whose new Turkish neighbor feeds cats in the yard: “These cats are obviously going to garbage dumps! Ragged, shabby! I told my grandfather to stop, because my child is walking here! And he is in Russian no boom-boom. Savages! Other sufferers forced out to a wild foreign land agree with her: “Even the service sector does not speak Russian. How is that?!”

In fact, the Turks, it just so happened, were born Turks: for centuries they honored and protected cats, not to mention their religion and language. “There are things that can be discussed – expensive gasoline, high prices for certain products, rising electricity prices,” a Russian-speaking blogger explains the difference between objective claims and a “stormy stream”. “This is not a criticism of the hosts you yourself have crowded into to visit, but facts that it is useful for relocators to know before moving in order to decide in advance whether they are ready to accept them or not.”

Or maybe all of the above is indestructible patriotism and advancement into the dark masses of the Russian language and culture? Or is it still a sequel to the fable about the fact that you, friends, no matter how you sit down …
