They came out with errors: the Ministry of Education of Kuzbass hastened to withdraw illiterate school documents

First-graders were given diaries in schools with a huge number of typos and inaccuracies
Kuzbass schoolchildren receive a diary of a first-grader free of charge from the authorities. Mistakes made by apparently illiterate and inattentive compilers crept not into the lesson schedule, but into information materials about regional attractions. So, it is said about the Monument to the Liberator Warrior (spelling preserved): “On the alley leading to the monument, the names of three thousand Heroes are immortalized…”. Ice Palace “Kuzbass” – “a structure that has no analogues.” The creator of the monument “Memory to the miners of Kuzbass” was called “world famous”, but at the same time they made a mistake in the name: Ernst Neizvestny became Ernest.
“In addition to proofreading, the content also suffers there, complete illiteracy in the use of words in places!”, “There are simply no words, we teach children literacy by the example of our illiteracy!” Moms and dads were indignant. The scandal reached the Ministry of Education of Kuzbass, which responded with an official comment: “The Ministry of Education of Kuzbass will withdraw the circulation of diaries for first-graders in which errors were made. In the near future, the edition of the diaries will be reissued with corrections. The department added that “mistakes were made through the fault of the contractor,” to which now “action will be taken.”
This case is not isolated. On September 1, similar news came from the Murmansk region, where children were also given diaries with spelling errors. And a couple of years ago, the “Diary of a Samara Schoolchild” also “became famous” for typos. In it, the mistakes began right from the title page: the children were asked to fill in the “institution” and “surname”. And instead of the end of the week, each student was expected to have a “resurrection” (no other than the Lord’s).
