They are trying to fire the coach of FC Chita, former students wrote a letter of support

The administration of FC Chita has been trying to fire coach Sergei Nechaev since June 2022. In court, he was reinstated in his workplace, but in six months, in fact, the restoration of labor rights did not happen. Former colleagues and pupils wrote an appeal to the Ministry of Sports of the Trans-Baikal Territory in defense of the rights of the coach, Nechaev’s wife told MK in Chita.

“We express our opinion and inform that we know Serey Nechaev, the football coach of the Children’s Football Center of the GAU FC Chita, only on the positive side, as a responsible, loving coach. (…) He trained our children for a single year, under his leadership, they were engaged with great pleasure and a great desire to devote themselves to sports,” the appeal says.

The 31 people who signed ask to take note of their appeal, “in order to restore justice.” The letter states that the 1998 youth team coached by Nechaev won second place in the Russian Championship. The coach himself won prizes in professional contests, was awarded diplomas and letters of thanks from the Russian Football Union, the Ministry of Sports of Transbaikalia.

According to the interlocutor of the portal, after the restoration of her husband at the workplace, according to the court, he does not act as a coach, but in fact an assistant. Groups of children for constant training are not given to him, the administration of the football club allegedly unofficially forbade other specialists to communicate with Nechaev.
