There are almost 2 million participants in the GTO movement in Kuban

The Krasnodar region has become the leader in Russia in the number of new participants in the All-Russian physical culture and sports complex “Ready for Labor and Defense”. In December 2023, almost 25 thousand Kuban residents joined the movement. In 2024, the total number of participants in the region should reach 2 million.
In the third quarter of the year, over 30 thousand Kuban residents received golden insignia of the TRP. The Deputy Minister of Sports of the Krasnodar Territory spoke about this in an interview with Yugopolis Aleksey Ivanov.
He also told in detail what the GTO complex is and what tests exist in it. Alexey Ivanov emphasized that supernatural abilities are not required at all to fulfill the standards and they are available to everyone who wants to play sports.
