“Starhit”: Gradsky’s theater through the court asks his heirs to clear the parking lot from cars
“Gradsky Hall”, founded by People’s Artist Alexander Gradsky, filed a lawsuit against his heirs, writes “Starhit”. According to the publication, the reason was the singer’s inheritance.
Sources said that the defendants in the lawsuit are Gradsky’s heirs – the widow, fourth wife Marina Kotashenko and adult children from their third marriage, Daniil and Maria. The lawsuit is based not on property claims, but, on the contrary, on the demand to free the theater’s premises from the property of its founder.
“We are talking about parking spaces that have long been occupied by the cars of the late singer,” the publication says.
“Starhit” indicates that the plaintiff asks the defendants to take two “Mercedes” and a gold “Lincoln” from the theater. The lawsuit will be considered in the Tverskoy Court of Moscow in early September.
