A man was detained in Dagestan for trying to abuse a 9-year-old girl
A man who tried to abuse a 9-year-old girl was detained in Dagestan, RIA Novosti reports citing the regional Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Earlier it was reported that on March 31 in Kaspiysk there was an attempt to rape a 9-year-old girl. The man began to pester her in the dormitory building, intending to commit violent acts of a sexual nature. At the same time, the child made a noise, and when the attacker became confused, the girl ran away.
Later, law enforcement officers identified the man. He was reportedly detained in the Novolaksky region of Dagestan. He turned out to be a 27-year-old local resident. Based on this fact, a criminal case was initiated under Part 3 of Art. 30, paragraph “b” part 4 art. 132 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
