The words of the vocalist of the group “Pornofilmy” Kotlyarov revealed discredit of the Russian Armed Forces

Signs of discrediting the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation were identified by the Moscow police in the words of the vocalist of the group “Pornofilmy” Vladimir Kotlyarov (included by the Ministry of Justice in the register of foreign agents). State Duma deputy Andrei Alshevsky announced this by publishing a response from the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the city of Moscow.

The document reports that specialists from the forensic center conducted a linguistic study, according to which Kotlyarov’s actions “show signs of an administrative offense.” Thus, a case may be initiated against the musician under the article of the Code of Administrative Offenses “Public actions aimed at discrediting the use of the RF Armed Forces.”

The investigation material regarding the musician was transferred to the Tver Interdistrict Prosecutor's Office for making a decision in accordance with Russian legislation.

Foreign agent Vladimir Kotlyarov faces a fine of 30 to 50 thousand rubles.
