In Tula, the results of the activities of the regional Bullet Shooting Federation were summed up. An award ceremony for the winners of the regional championship was also held on Sunday, January 14.
The winners of sports awards were such sharp shooters as Nika Abratanova, Nikita Pavlov, Alexandra Demidova, as well as Polina Ovcharenko, Damir Azhdarov, and also Daria Sitnikova and Anna Bugakova. With the help of the regional Ministry of Sports, new sports weapons were purchased for training and competitions.
Participants in sports tournaments in 2023 in the Tula region were awarded in various categories, including “For interest and support of their child’s activities in sports”, and in addition, “For personal contribution to the development of bullet shooting in the region.” The awards “The youngest and most promising shooter in the Tula region in the discipline of bullet shooting” were also presented, and in addition – “The best athlete of the Tula region in bullet shooting”.
They also solemnly presented awards for outstanding sporting achievements, for undying interest and conscientious attitude towards shooting, and in addition, “For active participation in competitions and dedication to shooting.”
Over the past year, seven shooters were able to fulfill the “candidate master of sports” standard, and nine passed the standards for the 1st sports category. Tula athletes continue to achieve new sporting successes in the coming 2024, and will show new and accurate results in bullet shooting under the guidance of regional coaches.
