The Ivanovo Tekstilshchik football players began preparing for the start of the spring part of the 2023-2024 season on March 12. The team from Ivanovo conducts training camps in Russia, settling in Novorossiysk. The red-blacks did not spend the summer-autumn part of the season in the best way and were unable to fulfill the goals that were set for the period from July to November. Igor Kolyvanov’s team took 5th place in the Silver division and were left without promotion to Gold, losing to FC Chelyabinsk by only 1 point.
Before the start of the training camp, the Tekstilshchik press service published the schedule of test matches of the team from Ivanovo for the end of January and beginning of February. Tekstilshchik will play its first test match against Sokol from Saratov, and will end the series of games with a confrontation with an opponent from the Golden Division. Igor Kolyvanov’s team will play against FC Murom on February 4. The club from the Vladimir region took 4th place in “Gold”, losing only to “Ufa”, “Rotor” and “Krasnodar-2”.
