It became known about the death of the wife of one of the longest-serving Russian criminals sentenced to capital punishment – life imprisonment. The wife of bandit Yuri Denisov, convicted in 1992, did not wait for him to leave prison, although she was counting on her husband’s release on parole.
How MK previously reported, Denisov has repeatedly submitted a request for parole, pointing out that he has not had a single penalty on his record since 1996. But before the last consideration of his petition in court, the administration of the Vologda Pyatak colony reprimanded him, after which he again had to say goodbye to the dream of parole. Denisov’s wife I’ve been waiting for him all these years, hoping that her husband would still be released. She fell ill with oncology, but was counting on the meeting. Today it became known that the wife of the convicted person died.
