The West is siphoning valuable personnel from Asia – Naryshkin

Western countries are actively pumping out valuable personnel from Asian countries, said Sergei Naryshkin, director of the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service, in his address to the EEF participants.

He called this policy unfair. According to him, as a result, talented youth are leaving Asian and African countries, which are thus forced to become “donors” of intellectual capital for the West.

Naryshkin also accused Western countries of manipulating the rankings of universities around the world, calling such steps “cheating.”

“Biass, which sometimes develops into cheating when ranking the world’s leading universities, hinders the development of national education systems,” he said.

The head of the Foreign Intelligence Service called for the creation of alternative principles of the world order, which would be based on mutual respect, sovereignty and real equality for all countries that take part in international relations.
