The military commissar of Gelendzhik confirmed the delivery of subpoenas to two election observers

The military commissar of Gelendzhik, Sergei Kozlov, explained why two observers were handed summons to the military registration and enlistment offices at polling stations during the elections. According to him, these two citizens had not previously come to the military registration and enlistment offices to clarify their personal data.

“Those who evaded appearing at the military registration and enlistment office turned out to be participants in the election process. If on Friday citizens came to the military registration and enlistment office, no one would distract them from work in the commission, ”says Mr. Kozlov in a commentary on Telegram channel Municipal control center of Gelendzhik.

The military commissar said that the initial summons to the military registration and enlistment office was sent to observers on Thursday, September 7. Both citizens are listed as unemployed, “because it is not possible to clarify their data through organizations.” One of them refused to receive the summons, the second summons was handed over to the father of the registered soldier. After both citizens did not appear at the military registration and enlistment office, their whereabouts were clarified in order to hand over the summons in person.

Sergei Kozlov noted that “there is no mobilization campaign in the NVO zone.” According to him, such summonses are distributed to Gelendzhi residents every day.

About serving subpoenas earlier told Deputy of the City Duma of Krasnodar, Secretary of the Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation Alexander Safronov and the observers themselves. It was alleged that another observer was told to report to the military registration and enlistment office orally.
